1. Become a Member
Create a username and password by following the onscreen instructions.
Membership includes:
- Access to all property listings with full details and photos
- The ability to list and host your desired property. Platinum members can list an unlimited number of properties.
- Request a booking from a host
Requirements: To help preserve the integrity of our community, all new members must:
- Be 21 or older
- Complete a brief lifestyle questionnaire
- Upload a recent G-rated full body picture taken within the last 12 months. Must include all members. This will be your profile picture.
- Upload a state issued photo ID for verification. Picture should include member(s) holding the ID close to their face. (picture is used for verification purposes only)
- Wait for manual approval from our team (this ensures trust and protects everyone’s privacy)
Please be patient during the approval process – it’s part of what keeps SwingHavenBnB safe and respectful for everyone.
2. Become a host
Once a member, browse a few of the property listings to get some hosting ideas.
Already planning a weekend away or have a second property? Use SwingHavenBnB to host other members and create unforgettable shared experiences.
Hosting is easy and fully in your control: you can list your home, vacation home, a hotel room, an AirBnB, offer boondocking, etc – to invite like-minded adults to come and stay.
- Click the Green button ‘LIST A PROPERTY’ in the upper right corner to start the hosting process.
- You’ll be directed over to STRIPE where you’ll connect your bank account so that you can accept payments and get paid. This process includes filling out form Stripe requires to verify your identity. Your bank may require you to submit personal info to meet their regulations. Stripe handles this process securely, and we never see or store your banking information.
- Set your availability, guest preferences, property description, and property rules
- Upload up to 5 property photos (viewable only to members)
- For your Host bio, please include one discreet photo or a generic “discretion” image
- Decide if you want to host and share the space, or offer your location privately to guests
- Accept or decline booking requests at your own discretion
