SwingHavenBnB is a private, members-only platform where open-minded couples and individuals can connect, host, and book discreet, lifestyle-friendly getaways. Whether you’re traveling, hosting, or simply exploring, our community is built around respect, privacy, and real connections. - Who can join SwingHavenBnB?
Membership is open to adults 21 and over who value discretion, respect, and shared experiences. We welcome both newcomers and seasoned lifestyle participants. Every member is required to complete a profile, including photo verification, a short questionnaire, and an agreement to our community standards. Yes. Privacy is a top priority. All member profiles, listings, and communications are kept within our secure system. Only approved members can view property details and send messages. Locations are never revealed until after a booking is confirmed. - What do non-members see?
Non-members can view the basic listing info on the homepage with the first photo only. You may choose to use a generic placeholder image (like a pineapple) for privacy. All other details, including dates, availability, and location, are visible only to logged-in members. - How much does membership cost?
We are currently offering free Lifetime VIP Memberships if you become a member and list a property. When the full platform launches, Memberships will start at $99/year. - How do I become a host?
Once you’re a verified member, you can list a property under your profile. Just provide:
· Basic property info
· Guest capacity and preferences
· Dates of availability
· Photos (up to 5 for members, 1 for public view)
You can offer your stay as a shared experience or private guest space, and you’ll have full control to accept or decline any request. - Why does the Hosting sign up process requires personal info?
Listing your first property, you’ll be directed over to STRIPE where you’ll connect your bank account so that you can accept payments and get paid. This process includes filling out form Stripe requires to verify your identity. Your bank may require you to submit personal info to meet their regulations. Stripe handles this process securely, and we never see or store your banking information. This is a banking requirement to ensure legal payouts, not a policy from SwingHavenBnB. - What kinds of properties can be listed?
We welcome listings that are private, comfortable, and lifestyle-friendly—such as:
· Hotel rooms
· Secluded cabins
· Lake houses and lodges
· Guest rooms or in-law suites
· Vacation homes
· Boondocking
· Etc. (Use your imagination!)
Hosts must ensure properties are safe, clean, and accurately described. - For Hosts who want to offer a property or location for only 1 specific date:
1. Include that date info at the beginning of your property description. Example> Please book this date ONLY: SATURDAY, OCT 25, 2025
2. set Minimum and Maximum Booking Duration to 1 day - Can I post a trip I’ve already booked and invite others to join?
Absolutely. Many members use the platform to share pre-booked trips and split the cost. You can describe the property, post who you’re looking to join you, and manage responses confidentially. - How are bookings handled?
All booking requests are handled securely within the platform. You’ll only see full property location details after a reservation is accepted. - What are the rules for member behavior?
All members agree to a Code of Conduct, which includes:
· Respect for privacy and boundaries
· No pressure or expectations
· Good hygiene and honest communication
· Discretion both online and in person
Violations can result in suspension or removal from the platform. - Do you offer customer support?
Yes. If you run into any issues or have questions about hosting, booking, or your account, our support team is available via secure message or email. - How do I delete my account?
You can request account deletion at any time by contacting support. All of your data, messages, and listings will be permanently removed.
