SwingHavenBnB is a members-only booking platform for lifestyle-friendly stays.
Verified members can browse available properties, request bookings, host other members, and enjoy private stays with like-minded adults.
Some members use SwingHavenBnB for full vacations, while others use it for a one-night stay, a weekend visit, or a private getaway.
All listings are shared by verified hosts who are comfortable hosting lifestyle-friendly guests.
Members Only for Privacy and Safety
To protect our community, SwingHavenBnB is not open to the public.
Only verified members can:
- View property listings
- Request bookings
- Host other members
- Contact hosts
- Accept or deny booking requests
Verification helps keep the community safe, private, and respectful.
Step 1 – Become a Member
Create a username and password by following the on-screen instructions.
Membership includes:
- Access to all property listings with full details
- The ability to list and host your own property
- The ability to request a booking
- Full access to member-only features
Requirements for Membership
To help preserve the integrity of our community, all new members must:
- Be 21 years of age or older
- Complete a brief lifestyle questionnaire
- Upload a recent G-rated photo taken within the last 12 months
(Must include all members. This will be your profile picture.) - Upload a state-issued photo ID for verification
(Picture should include member(s) holding the ID close to their face. Used for verification only.) - Wait for manual approval from our team

Manual approval helps keep SwingHavenBnB safe for everyone.
Step 2 – Browse Available Properties
Once approved, members can browse available lifestyle-friendly properties.
Listings may include:
- Private bedrooms in a host’s home
- Entire houses or vacation rentals
- Swinger-friendly AirBnB style rentals
- One-night stays
- Weekend stays
- Vacation rentals
- Guest rooms
- Hotel stays
- Boondocking or RV space
Some hosts offer full vacations, while others offer a private place to stay for the night.
Step 3 – Request a Booking
When you find a property you like, submit a booking request.
The host reviews the request and decide whether to accept or decline.
Hosts have full control over who stays at their property.
Step 4 – Host Approval and Payment
If the host accepts your request, the booking will be held for 24 hours.
Payment is processed securely through our Stripe system.
The booking is not confirmed until payment is received.
Once payment is completed, your stay is confirmed.
Step 5 – Become a Host
Members can also host other verified members.

Setting Up Hosting
When you list a property, you will create your listings details and set your preferences so other verified members can request to stay.
During setup you will:
- Set your availability
- Set your price
- Choose guest preferences
- Add property rules
- Upload property photos (visible to members only)
- The first photo you upload may be shown on the home page with limited listing details visible, so choose your first image carefully
- If privacy is important, you may use a generic or discretion photo as your main image
- Add a host bio
- Choose whether you host privately or share the space
Hosts always remain in full control of their listing and can accept or decline any booking request.
You decide when your property is available, who you host, and how your stay works.
